A perfect quick and easy breakfast option to have during the week on those busy mornings. Try these flourless banana pancakes, also know as the “2 ingredient pancakes.” I like adding a couple of extra ingredients to make then that much more amazing but use whatever you have on hand!

Ingredients:
-1 ripe banana
-2 organic eggs
-1 tsp cinnamon

Love this! I just made my very first banana pancakes this morning (minus
the baking powder), and I’m in love. I usually have a banana and a boiled
egg in the mornings – This is certainly a nice twist to it. Not to mention
it’s GLUTEN FREE. Thanks so much for sharing! :)

Made this today and they were delicious!! We didn’t have baking powder but
they bake perfectly without it. I served them with blueberries, you should
give that a try! Thanks for sharing this video! 🙂 x
