    +Scola Dondo In order to prevent crying while cutting onions, rub the oil
    that you are cooking with on both sides of your cutting knife before you
    cut into the onion. What will happen is that the oil will absorb the
    chemical that is released from the onion when you cut into it. It is also
    the same chemical that make you cry.
