Grits Croquettes

Food Ingredients:
2 cups cooked hominy grits 2 cups ground cooked chicken or flaked fish 2 tablespoons chopped onion 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup bread crumbs or cracker crumbs 1 egg, beaten Dash of pepper

Recipe preparation:
1 Chill then shape into 12 croquettes. Roll in additional crumbs; dip in egg and roll again. Pan fry until golden brown.
