Granola Delight
Food Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter (or macadamia nut oil, coconu 1/4 cup honey (or agave nectar, agave amber nectar, or 1/2 teaspoon salt Stir in: 2 cups of raisans (or cranraisans, or mixed dried fruit) 4 cups of oats 1 cup coconut flakes 1 cup wheat germ (or flax seed meal) 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup blanched almonds (or slivered almonds)
Recipe preparation:
1 Combine liquid ingredients: oils, honey or agave, and salt in skillet on stovetop on medium heat and stir in dry ingredients for 5 minutes. 2 Arrange all ingredients on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 3 Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes until toasty perfect 4 Enjoy!
