Love your video! I am new to gluten free pasta making. I did try your recipe and I didn't have quite the success that you did. As my pasta was coming through the pasta cutter some it was breaking into 1-2" pieces. (Most of it did come out fine.) What did I do wrong? Thank you in advance!
I`m on free diet that is gluten suffering Celiac for a few months. I always be aware of great gluten-free recipes on internet everyday to get my health dessert, but it was not simple to practice also it had been not delicious. Personally I think wonderful since I found the most useful free gluten dishes, as it presented complately. The desserts are very very easy to prepare and delicious taste. I highly recommend to search Delicious Desserts Perfecta Solution on google if you are going to cook some healthy dessert.

It looks so easy, you make it look easy!! and ever single dish you showed looked amazing!!! I want to try them all!
I've probably said it before, but I really like the new intro! Your pasta is perfect!
Anne truth be told, homemade pasta makes any Italian recipe above and beyond. I have made homemade pasta for years. I love your fold and tuck technique. Your final homemade pasta looks so professional, I really have a problem getting the consistency of the noodles, like you did. Excellent tutorial video be it gluten-free or not. Nice job
would love to try to make homemade pasta 🙂 – Ruthie
you definitely brought this dish back to basics! It looked so tasty and authentic! The taste must be so much better than the packaged stuff! Yum! Well done dearest Anne! :)
nice!
WOW LOOKS JUST PERFECT!
you are the best Love it good job
Yummy. Always love fresh pasta
Hi Anne – What is the flour originally ground of in the bobs flour? Not sure if that makes sense or not – I am a big fan of almond flour…I have tried rice as well but didn't think it tasted as good as the almond. What are your thoughts?
Anne…I am speechless…um…not!
If this works you may be one of the heros in my life. (Oh, I confess, you already have that status). I've tried, also, using gluten free flours in different recipes, only to find that they work pretty well. An egg or two is most often the answer. I'm not adverse to Xanthum or Guar gum, but it would be nice to have something more simple. These remind me of the "slipperies" that my mom used to make many years ago. Just flour , egg, salt. I think this is doable and if these taste anything like that old time recipe…I will cry with joy. Even if they are only close. I won't use a pasta machine. I will roll them out with a rolling pin then cut them into squares. Or, when my kids were little I cut them out with animal cracker kind of cookie cutters. That was a LONG time ago. Thanks so much for sharing!
I wonder how it will turn out with the gf flour mix that we make up. I Might have to try this!
That is one pretty pasta, Anne. How long can you keep this pasta? Can you make it a day or two ahead and keep it in the fridge?
I'm so impressed, you have a " machina per pasta " and you cut "tagiatella". I though home-made pasta was a lost art with the young people today. Good work Anne.
Looks great Anne! I love how you come up with these recipes for GF dishes! Tysvm from this noobie GF gal! TFS! Take care :)
This is so awesome! Do you think this would work with Almond Flour for a paleo pasta?
Anne that pasta looks wonderful. I love the orichietti style pasta (spelling?). GF pasta holds together quite well. Looks great
