Certamente, e capisco benissimo.

Seems too much like Sarah Palin to take seriously.

So, she uses fresh pasta instead of dried cause she wants the same taste of
Italy. Does italy also use cream in their carbonara? Hypocrite..

  4. Vlad Sporea

Everytime I watch Giada at home, I’m inspired to create a brand new
    handmade a white sauce

  5. Jan Vincent

original carbonara does not need cream.. only yolks and cheese..

I am free to criticise america as much as you are free to criticise my
country. Last I check we leave in societies that allow free speech!

She’s Italian… Born in Italy and grew up in America… Let her pronounce
her Italian words the way she wants to…

  11. Tinkafo

Wow. This is bad. This is not carbonara.

  12. uram119

damn… she’s gonna pronounce pancetta and parmigiano reggiano all properly
in italian and then add cinnamon, heavy cream, and fresh pasta to her
    “carbonara”
    WTF

  13. Bradley Schroeder

It might not be carbonara, but she has to put a spin on it, otherwise, WHO
    CARES?
