Garlic Roasted Butternut Squash
Food Ingredients:
1 medium butternut squash 3 garlic cloves, minced 20 grams butter
Recipe preparation:
1 Preheat oven to 210 degrees C. Grease a baking tray. 2 Wash the butternut squash thoroughly then cut in four pieces. Transfer to baking tray. 3 In small saucepan brown garlic, add butter and melt it. 4 When melted drizzle over the butternut squash. 5 Roast for 45-50 min or until soft.
