What are scallops? I’m stupid I know
I made this last night although I opted for the heavy cream over linguine
option pared with seared garlic salmon fillet and fresh green beans. It
was absolutely amazing! Probably the best scallop dish I have ever had!
It stole the show! Thank you Chef John! Because of you my girlfriend
thinks I know how to cook. I probably shouldn’t have let her think that on
second thought…
