Fresh Tomato, Garlic, Rosemary and Feta Cheese With Spaghetti & Anchovy
Food Ingredients:
2 quarts of grape tomatoes 4 cloves of fresh garlic – crushed and chopped 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary Dashes of Red Pepper flakes Olive oil – to cover the tomatoes Top the Spaghetti with: 1/2 cup fresh feta cheese 2 ounces can of anchovies – in oil 1 pound of your favorite spaghetti
Recipe preparation:
1 In a container combine all ingredients for the marinated tomatoes. Place this in the refrigerator until ready to use. 2 Prepare the spaghetti as directed. Drain and cover with the marinade and add the feta cheese and anchovies. Toss and serve.
