My grocery sells the raw tortilla land ones in a pack. With this recipe, could i make about a couple days worth and store it raw in ziploc bags in my fridge?

i just made these and i think I couldn't get them thin enough with a rolling pin. they had a few bubble poof up but i didn't get the balloon. I get that it happens like that. maybe it didn't rest long enough or maybe I overworked the dough in my processor.
