Lemonade. It’s not as bad as it sounds.So what are we suppose to do with these cured lemons?
Chef John, have you ever been to Per Se in NY city. Also owned by Thomas
Keller. We ate there a few months ago along with my nephew who did an
internship there for six months. Fine dining at it’s best !! I never ate so
much food for so many hours. Prepare to dig deep into your wallet for this
one!Just made up a batch, they’re waiting on the counter =D

You could try to garnish them on top of a nice fillet of fish or add it to
a nice chicken consomme.That’s SERIOUS! Very nice!
