I made this for tonight’s supper! I had a little bit of strawberry mix left
and I added it to some fizzy water and its delicious and refreshing. I bet
the mouse is gonna be even tastier :)

I’d love to see a whisk off where it’s Ben verses everyone else. That would
be awesome.
Today I made a lemonmousse just like this. But somehow it started
separating. On top was lemonmousse but underneath the mousse was some
liquid like water, but with the same taste like the mousse. So I decided to
make icecream out of it, worked out really well! still wondering why it
somehow started separating….

One time I mixed strawberry with butter (tried to but some flavor in my
butter cream) and the mixture just separated. It not like that with heavy
cream? This is really cool and simple, I’m gonna try it today cheer!
