Great video! Very informative! Love your energy:)
Thanks! I was looking for a simple way to make an oatmeal drink with low
calories! : )
is 2% milk okay
fab… yum
Wow
My grandma who’s 78 years old, loves having her oatmeal for breakfast about
5 times a week and she says she puts int in the blender with some
strawberries and drinks it and everytime she gets her blood checked, the
doctor tells her shes super healthy, no cholesterol or anything. So I want
to start eating that too, because i’m only in my twenties and I did have
high cholesterol, high blood sugar and high triglycerides the last time i
checked myself 🙁
thank you for your recipe going to try and make this!
@TheWoWBane How does it taste? Well…. it taste like oatmeal. Do you like
oatmeal? If you do then it “taste good”. If not, then it “taste bad”.
Personally I like oatmeal. Just try it, you know?
my family lives paycheck to paycheck basicly and im trying to lsoe wieght
the healthy way eating veggies every meal with pieces of chicken and stuff
but its usaily we buy 3 bags and im on my diet for 3 or 4 days then im out
of veggies wat do u think i should do the only thing i can think of to lose
wieght is to starve myself…
about how much milk
@Offroadersdotcom okay I’ll try 😛
You’re welcome. I made a modification to what I do now. I’d suggest putting
the oatmeal in and not grinding it up first but grind it with the milk in.
It doesn’t stick to the bottom if it’s all ground up together. Blueberries
go well in it. Protein powder… a banana. It’s all good. And Quick!
i am happily shocked, its 10:40am, i blended 1/2 c. oats/ one whole orange/
1/2 c. nonfat milk/ big scoop of yogurt at 6:30 this morning..I did my
treadmill, office work and more!! and four hours later not feel
sluggish/tired/ravenous…made my day. thanks
@illdoyourdrugs Good points. I use the skim milk for the proteins, simple
flavor and something cold to mix the oatmeal with other than plain water.
I’m also about 165lbs and very active. You’d be surprised at how long you
feel full after drinking this. I mix it at about 8am and I’m good until
12:30 – 1pm with no snacking. Plenty of AM energy.
