-1 cup chocolate almond milk
-1 banana cut into pieces and frozen
-1/4 cup oats

On The Go Multigrain Waffles
-Multigrain waffles
-Peanut butter, almond butter, or your favorite spread
-Your choice of dried fruit

Cereal + Yogurt Breakfast Bowl
-1 container of vanilla yogurt
-Bran flakes
-Granola
-Blueberries, raspberries, or whatever fruit you have on hand

    On every “healthy” recipes video like breakfast and lunch there is always
    like half the comments saying that it’s not healthy. What is considered
    healthy then? I know raw, all natural, non gmo, and non processed foods are
    best but when you have a busy schedule it’s really hard eating non
    processed foods all the time. And always eating just vegetables is boring.
    It’s just annoying because people are just trying to help others by making
    these videos and there’s always lots of people saying it’s not healthy when
    its really not that bad either. Instead of saying “that’s not healthy” say
    what is healthy because those comments aren’t helping anyone.

    I usually never eat breakfast in the morning I would always wake up, take a
    bath, get dress and head out to school. Everytime I eat breakfast so early
    in the morning my belly would start giving me a discomfort feeling, but I
    really like your breakfast ideal I could use this ideal for dinner or for a
    low fat dessert :).

    If I could eat yogurt I would! I really like flavored yogurt, but every
    time I eat it I gag. If I eat jello, I gag. Same with pudding, pumpkin pie,
    chocolate pie, cheesecakes, stuff like that. Is anybody else like that?

    I LOVE almond chocolate milk, but for those watching their sugar, that
    amount of almond milk she poured probably has 20+ grams of sugar in it,
    PLUS the banana, so be careful folks!
