Weight Watchers Recipe – Asian Glazed Chicken Tenders
SoxHeather made SkinnyTaste’s Asian Glazed Drumsticks and it looked so good I just had to try them. I didn’t have drumsticks on hand, so I used tenders.
My changes-
15 chicken tenders (3 per person and there are 5 of us)
olive oil spray (I used my Misto)
1/4 cup water
12- drops Sriracha hot sauce
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
4 cloves garlic, crushed
a whole bunch of ginger, grated
1 tsp sesame seeds
The ingredients that I used came out to 4 Points Plus per serving, because even though soy sauce is supposed to be 0 Points Plus, for some reason reduce sodium La Choy isn’t. If you use regular soy sauce, your points might be less. If you use reduced sodium La Choy, 4 Points Plus per serving still isn’t bad!
