Prawns are normally served this way to reduce the amount the dinners will
consume. Too messy and inconvenient to eat many. Old buffet technique.

Ang daming magaling at nag mamagaling dito.
Masarap ang hipon na may balat pa, kasi masarsa ang ulo…sisipsipin pa nga
    yan tapos kanin uli.
Masarap din ung bawang na sunog..pinag aagawan pa nga yan dito kapag bibili
    ng adobong mani sa daan.

I have no idea why chef wannabes here crying for peeled prawn. Perhaps only
comfortable with only one style of cooking. Go taste different things,
broaden your knowledge. Don’t just stick with what you always do.

Unpeeled Prawn? Burnt garlic? Doesn’t matter… all you need is modify the
recipe a bit. I peeled the prawn and cook well to avoid burnt garlic.

Use garlic paste, put some butter in with the oil, heat to medium to hot,
turn down to medium, throw prawns in first then garlic. then chillis right
after each other stir firm but slow! pull out have with spagetti.
    LOVELLY!!!

why are people complaining about the burnt garlic?? Dafaq….you are not
supposed to eat the garlic…if you choose to eat it …it’s your choice!!!
Garlic was there to add flavor to the oil in which the prawns were
cooked…so the prawns would absorb that garlic flavour!! I have no
background in cooking and even i can understand that!!
