    I'd rather subscribe to your channel rather than wanting anything to do with that Food Network crap. Ever since they took off Mrs. Paula Deen, I'm like "Food Network needs to flop". I mean, I don't agree with her saying the N-word – no matter how many years ago (and I'm Caucasian myself) it was. The N-word truly is the mother of all ugly-words in my opinion, and I HATE racism and definitely dislike racist people – but we don't see the music or movie-media going nuts for non-Caucasian folks calling us Caucasian folks "CRACKER", or "HONKEY" do we ???? Nope. Rant over. Sorry about that. GREAT LOOKING RECIPE !!!! Big fan of Mr. Lagasse's cooking. Everything that's ever being made by him looks awesome !!!!!!!!! Keep up the great work on the dishes, oh immortal chef Lagasse.

    Tonight, it's what's for dinner.  I may use chorizo sausage instead of pacetta, however 😉 Pinot Grigio is good to use with linguine and clams too.  I'd also hit a little bit of butter in there and have some crusty garlic bread to sop up the goodness.
