    io le affetto per il verso della lunghezza e le lascio con il sale per almeno 3/4 ore. poi siccome qui amano le cose ben condite metto molta più salsa e poi un pizzico d'origano in ogni strato. ma in linea di massima le faccio come te 😉 bella la cucina italiana vero? un abbraccio 😀
