INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
500g of Pasta (cooked as per packet directions)
30g of Butter
4 Cloves of Minced Garlic (about 3-4 teaspoons)
1 1/2 Cups of Cream (about 400ml)
Salt and Pepper
1/2 Cup of Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Teaspoons of Freshly Chopped Parsley (plus extra to garnish)
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 15 minutes
SERVES 4 – 6

What is the purpose of adding the starchy water from the pasta? If I’m
making just the alfredo, what can I substitute in for the starchy water?

I just made this and it was super delicious. I added more cream so it was
more creamy but anyway tasted amazing. And the cream is called pavlaka za
kuvanje or cooking cream on english. Once more tnx for amazing dish i
enyojed every single bite.
Do u NEED to add parmesan cheese? Is there a substitute because i dont like
