This is a beautiful filling for a classic calzone pizza recipe made by Jamie in his own home. Try different types of mushrooms to get a variety of flavours and let us know how you get on in the comments box below – what’s your favourite calzone filling or pizza topping?
This recipe was first seen on the Jamie at Home TV series in 2007. All the food made in this video was shared out and eaten among the very lucky crew. Nothing goes to waste

God damn that looks tasty
No tomato sauce in a Calzone, at least the Italian immigrants in America
never put sauce in them. In a Stromboli, sure, in a Calzone, no. Generally
a Calzone is filled with ricotta and mozzarella, mushrooms, some type of
Italian ham, etc.
he didnt even cut into it. thats the fucking money shot.
Was it necessary to drizzle that lil bit of olive oil ?
Ha ha i just stumbled on this video and guess what i have right now in the
fridge ?
+Jamie Oliver …heap a load of bacon in there and it’d be perfect 😉
I just love mushrooms! Great variety.
There was just enough sauce in this too.
Cool trick using the granite.
2:24 that’s something different on the granite slab! thought you could fool
us there! Haha!
Please keep bringing more Jamie’s old school style cooking like the ol
‘naked chef’ days. Good on ya Jamie :)
I can’t watch Jamie Oliver anymore due to his obsessive use of olive oil.
Hello Jamie! Daniel here from Montreal, Canada. Could you please upload a
video on how to use herbs. What herb should we use for certain kinds of
food. Thank you love your videos.
Jamie………I adore you………..! Love watching you cook…… My
daughter loves you, too. My grandson is coming over tomorrow to make
calzones with me…!!!
