Can we get the measurements for the spices and sauces????? This made me
salivate so bad. I want it for my lunch, I’ve been eating subs for lunch
and it doesn’t make me feel good

What could use instead of walnuts for those of us with allergies? 🙂

  7. Paul Blart

    🙂

    2 cups walnuts
    1 tablespoon ground cumin
    1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
    Pinch of cayenne pepper
    2 tablespoons low-sodium tamari
6 large collard green leaves, stems removed and 2 inches trimmed from
    bottom of leaf
    Salsa

How is this low-caloric when walnuts have 654 calories per 100 grams?
http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/nut-and-seed-products/3138/2 <- The fullness factor is also very low. I know walnuts have loads of vitamins, good fats etc. But as a filling and low-caloric meal (not a snack) they're terrible.
