I think you get a lot more flavor by using the olive oil & butter combo
instead of the traditional way.
Nicely done Ray! We basically have the same recipe. I just deglaze with
wine (Red or White) and I finish mine off in the oven!
Everybody is always picking on me because I can’t cook. I have difficulty
with seasoning food. I under season in fear of over seasoning. I like
recipes with exact measurements to try to make it perfect, but sometimes
when I do an online recipe and follow the instructions it comes out
horrible. So I came across your video because my husband wanted some cubed
steak and he says I can’t throw down. So I just made this and it came out
perfectly!!!! My husband even made seconds. Thank you for sharing your gift
and going step by step. You are amazing.
I love Cube Steak but I’ve never had it prepared like that before! I love
Rice-A-Roni as well. It’s a good cheap side dish. I will give this recipe a

Making this tonite
When I was in the Navy I came home after my first deployment overseas. My
Mom cooked me a steak while I was eating she asked what I wanted for the
dinner tomorrow night. Cube Steak and Gravy is what I asked for. Yep I was
eating a steak and wanting a cube steak…. I was smart enough not to ask
for Grandmas mixed greens.
