Cuban Rice
Food Ingredients:
1 (10 ½ oz.) French onion soup 2 (10 ½ oz.) beef broth 1 1/2 sticks butter 2 (3 oz.) mushrooms, drained 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 2 cups regular rice
Recipe preparation:
1 Spray casserole or 9 x 13 pan with Pam. Combine all ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour, stir every 15 minutes. 2 Makes 10-12 servings. 3 Variation: substitute 1/2 cup long grain wild rice for 1/2 cup regular rice. Soak wild rice in warm water for 2 hours before using.
