Crystallized Peanuts

Food Ingredients:
2 cups raw peanuts, with husks 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup water Pinch of salt

Recipe preparation:
1 Combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat until sugar becomes syrupy and sticks to peanuts, 5 to 10 minutes. Spread on greased cookie sheet or jelly roll pan and bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir often.
