Easiest quiches i have ever made is,
Base: Cottage cheese, flour and melted butter (equal parts)
Filling: Cream, egg, onion, cheese and filling of your choice.
Quiche is wicked cool.

I think its really good I had it for the first time at vo tech I was
nervous about it at first but it was really good
