Crock pots are awesome. So is your BBQ Beef. Cya next time.
+anavywife28 Thank you! If you don’t have beer handy you can use chicken
broth. I wouldn’t use beef broth as it will end up more like a pot roast
flavor than a BBQ. Hope you enjoy!
Great recipe I think I’m gonna give this a try with a deer shoulder. Thanks
for sharing this with us!
Great way to cook it! It’s that time of year. :)
Easy Pleasie, Naaayyyyssssss
I love the way you added the Vinegar at the end with the BBQ sauce… that
is a Great Idea.. Great job!! :)
This look just like the BBQ sandwiches sold at a local mom & pop
convenience store, I would buy em 4 at a time & was sad when the owner died
& the store closed. Your recipe looks very close to what they sold, The old
man would make it at home the night before, then bring it store the next
day in a crock pots to sell. He also used roast like you did…Yum Boy!
Looks great, Larry! I have a jar of a locally made BBQ sauce that is
only available in October. This would be perfect for it!
Nicely done Larry.
Aah! I bet that’s so good!
I don’t think you’ve ever made anything I wouldn’t like to have at home.
Maybe not my home, but someone’s home. I keep looking for recipes that
sound good and would be easy to make for these potlucks I go to once a
month. I think this would be perfect.
Looks great. But it seems like lost opportunity wasting all that cooking
juice. I’d have to put it in a pot and reduce it down and try to come up
with a sauce for the meat. Good looking dish though :)
Great recipe Wolfe! I’d love to taste the juices that were in with the
beef! Bet it’s all good! Take care now :)
Looks darn good Larry! The thing I don’t like about using the Crock-Pot is
I’m usually home so the food starts smelling good way before I can eat it.
I’ll have to try that one!
