    just want to know what kind of paper that you put on a baking tray before
    you put the eggplant. Can I put the eggplant without a paper on a baking

    Thank for this video! I tried this last evening, but my eggplant slices
    did not appear golden brown as yours did. Because they didn’t look that
    golden brown, I kept them in the oven a little longer, and I overcooked
    them. Do you put any oil on your baking sheet or on the eggplant slices?

    Crispy and delicious on the outside and soft on the inside, it’s simply
    perfect.
    My 8 years old simply love the combination of spaghetti and crispy
    eggplants. So I have to prepare it often. And these time, It was so special
    since I could get some organic eggplants from friend of mine.
