So, we used our traditional cake in the center, of course; and then we used some fuchsia and some blue macaroons, some cheesecake bites and the cream puffs to add in the special colors of the reds, and the purples, and the confetti look. So, you just fit it in into your overall scheme. Choose what your guest would like, choose what you would like, and see if you even want to do a cake in the center; maybe you just want a whole bunch of little mini-desserts all over the table. If you want fresh flowers on the table, candles, you can pretty much make your whole entire table scheme. Like a piece of art at your party.
This is an all-white, modern-looking dessert bar for Valentine’s Day. It is all white with pops of red. So, you can also do little mini-cakes such as this one. We did mini-cakes in the middle and then some little cupcakes around it. You can even garnish it with wine bottles, fresh flowers with the pops of color; just sort of get the theme you are going for, such as Valentine’s Day, and kind of use that and go forward with it, so it is wine, and hearts and ruffles. So, once you pick a theme, go with that theme and go over the top with it. Use the colors, use the textures; it is all about the texture, and the look, and the way it is presented on the table.
