Crab Rangoon Recipe – Delicious Deep Fried Appetizer with Real Crab

Crab Rangoon Recipe – Delicious Deep Fried Appetizer with Real Crab

Ingredients:

Filling:
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces fresh crab meat
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 large clove garlic, finely minced
2 teaspoons ginger, finely minced

1 package wonton wrappers
1 small bowl filled with water for wetting wontons
Oil for deep-frying

Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients for filling except crab meat.
2. Gently fold in crab meat.
3. Place a heaping teaspoon of filling into a wonton wrapper and fold into a diamond shape.
4. Deep fry at 375 degrees until golden brown.
5. Serve hot with hot mustard or sweet and sour sauce
