Crab and Rice Salad

Food Ingredients:
1 (7 ½ oz.) can crabmeat or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab 3 c.s cooked rice 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sm. peas, cooked 4 stalks celery, chopped c. sliced green onions 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. Spice Island salad seasoning 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice Salt pepper to taste Bibb lettuce leaves, optional Curry powder for garnish

Recipe preparation:
1 Combine crab, rice, peas, celery, green onions, sour cream, mayonnaise, salad seasoning, lemon juice and salt 2 Pepper to taste. Chill 24 hours (if in a hurry a couple of hours will do). Serve on leaf of lettuce and sprinkle lightly with curry powder or serve plain.
