    Just made this tonite for my teenage son and I…he loved it! We loved the cayenne kick. We recently moved down to Florida from Long Island…my son is all about this southern cooking..he said "Mom , this is bangin!!!! When are you cooking it again? " thanks for the tastey recipe!

    I tried to cook chicken fried steak many years ago and it was so tough that I had to throw it away. could not chew them. could never figure out what I did wrong. thanks for sharing. will try it again.

    thanks Rosie, I will try this recipe. I tried to cook some chicken fried steaks several years ago and they were so tough I had to throw them away. I never tried to cook it again. What would make the meat so tough?
