Recipe ingredients and directions:
Balkan Corn Meal Mush (Polenta)
3 c water
1 t salt
1 c stone ground corn meal
3 T chopped fresh dill
4 oz crumbled feta cheese
1 c tomato sauce
juice of 1/2 lemon
fresh ground black pepper
To tomato sauce add the lemon juice and black pepper.
Boil water and salt. Add cornmeal. Cook several minutes, Stir in
dill and feta.
Serve topped with tomato sauce,
