Coca Cola Cake

Food Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup packed light brown sugar 3/4 cup unsweetened Dutch cocoa powder 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 large eggs 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 cup Coca-Cola 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional: Confectioners’ sugar for dusting

Recipe preparation:
1 Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9 inch spring form pan. 2 Whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl, 3 Whisk together eggs, sour cream, oil, Coca-Cola and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl. 4 With a wooden spoon, stir the coca-cola mixture into the flour mixture until just combined, Do not over mix. 5 Pour the batter into the prepared pan, Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes clean, about 55 minutes to 1 hour. 6 Set the pan on a wire rack and let cool 5 minutes, Run a knife around the perimeter of the pan to loosen it from the pan. Then release the sides. Use a spatula to slide the cake from the pan bottom to a wire rack. Let cool completely. That is the hard part! 7 You may dust with confectioners’ sugar before serving
