I bought some kale chips from whole foods yesterday just to try out and i
am in love! However I don’t want to spend $6 every time i want to have kale
chips!I am going to make these tonight for a snack! I gave them to my
students today because they never tried kale before and they loved it! This
would be a great transition snack for kids who refuse to eat veggies

It’s also good if you add a little nutritional yeast to the oil and salt.
Gives them a cheezy taste! Yum!

Kosher/sea salt or regular table salt? The saltiness would be different
    depending on which one.
