    I tried this today and all went well until the bottom of the pot burned
    after just 45 minutes on the lowest heat. It might have been the pot I was
    using, which was a thin stainless steel pot rather than a proper casserole
    pot. I did notice it starting to stick to the bottom as I was bringing it
    up to the boil. I’ll buy myself a proper casserole pot this week and try
    again. Despite the setback I was able to salvage most of the casserole and
    it tasted amazing. Thanks for the video Kerryann
