Chocolate Roulade

Food Ingredients:
6 Eggs Separate Out Yolks 6 ounces Caster Sugar 6 ounces Plain Chocolate, Bournville 1 tablespoon Icing Sugar pint Double Cream 1 sht Silicon Release Paper

Recipe preparation:
1 Melt chocolate 2 Cut paper and place in bottom of “swiss roll” flat tin 3 Seperate eggs, beat yolks and caster sugar till creamy 4 Beat egg whites till stiff 5 Fold chocolate (cooled a bit) into egg yolk mixture 6 Fold egg white into mixture 7 Spread into prepared tin 8 Bake 10-12 mins bottom shelf AGACAN BE FROZEN FOR LATER USE 9 Beat cream till stiff not Buttery 10 Turn base onto cling film covered board 11.spread cream, roll using cling film12. dust with icing sugar and decorate
