Chocolate Pasta: Using it as an entree or a dessert

Chocolate pasta is subtley flavored with cocoa. It enhances the flavor of beef, pork, duck, even chicken. A creamy mascarpone sauce, chocolate pasta, chunks of orange poached chicken breast, frizzled leeks and pancetta, shower of asiago built vertically in the order listed creates a plate worthy of a fine dining restaurant. If a savory entree is a far stretch for you, maybe dessert is more appealing. Cook the pasta in sugared water (4 quarts water to a cup of sugar for reference). Layer in the following order: white chocolate sauce, pasta, diced fresh strawberries, grated white chocolate and powdered sugar. Yum.
