Hi joy of baking if I was to substitute the granulated sugar for powder
sugar how much would I use or would it be the same amount? I just like the
consistency of powder sugar better in merigune

What does the Cream of Tarter do?
please someone explain me what the difference is if u add an eg yolk to the
chocolat and whip under the whites later combined with heavy cream..? what
does the egg do? gives it more richeness?
I liked your recipe but this video lags alot
if suger was too burn when we try to make a caramalize suger and we add it
to mouse. how we can minimize that suger burned flavour. is there any way?
is it ok to eat uncooked egg?! I really don’t know!!
