   I would like to ask, what if i reduce the amount of sugar into half, can it
   affect how the cake are produce ?

   I can not find unsweetened chocolate so what can i do now? Just use
   sweetend chocolate and cut of on the sugar? I’m from Holland

   I made this cake tonight but did not do the ganache and the cover. It was
   still really moist and delicious. I used milk instead of sour cream, I did
   not have any at home. Maybe next time I’ll do the whole thing. Would you
   please explain how you make the ganache? Thank you!!

    Can i use yoghurt instead of sour cream??do i need to have my eggs at room
    temperature?do i need to add sugar if i use dark chocolate?pls i need to
