Chinese Sweet & Sour Chicken Recipe

Chinese Sweet & Sour Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

1 chicken breast in 1/2 inch dice

1/2 red bell pepper chopped
1/2 green bell pepper chopped
5 or 8 green onions (scallions)
5 mushrooms
some pineapple chopped up
cilantro

Sauce:
1/3 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons brown sugar or white sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice

Makes 2 very large servings
I must say this is excellent

    Asian is easy!
    Yes it takes some time to chop, BUT then cooking is the fastest part.
    A roast is little effort in many eyes, but takes a long time to bake.
    Rice is also easy to cook, in my opinion as I like plain white rice.
    If you are not a rice person, take those cheap ramen noodles and cook them (or even just put them in hot water to soften) without the sodium rich packet, and have that,. instead of rice.
