Chicken Piccata Recipe

Chef Jason Hill of http://www.CookingSessions.com makes Chicken piccata with capers in this episode of “Chef Tips.” Serve this easy lemon chicken piccata with pasta such as fettucine for the ultimate weeknight meal. The chicken piccata sauce gets its piquant flavor from Meyer lemons and capers. To spruce it up even more, consider adding sauteed mushrooms and steamed artichoke hearts. We think this is the best chicken piccata recipe on the Web, and we hope you’ll agree! For the full printed recipe, go to our website. Cheers! SUBSCRIBE! http://tinyurl.com/kfrblj7

Well, I did it and it was delicious but somehow sour. The reason? Lemons in
Mexico are much more sour than those you used! Still a very nice recipe,
    thank you!

When you sliced the garlic really thin, you should have used a razor blade
    like Paulie in Goodfellas 🙂

@phitdemon I think it would be great to meet up with my Irish viewers! I
will post a video before my next trip to Dublin. My mother in law, who is
from Ireland, just got back this week. We want to come out this year. I
would love to do some foodie videos in Ireland. Slancha!

I finally tried this recipe and it came out great. I do have a possibly
silly, off topic question. In several of your videos you make reference to
your garlic shallot puree. But I don’t find a description of the puree in
any of your videos that I’ve seen. Can you point me in the right direction?
Thanks. (BTW I love all of your videos. They’re well written and produced.)

You added the salt before the flour? Doesn’t that suck up the moisture in
the chicken and make it tough?

  15. Chef Tips

@vincemealfull Ha ha! Please don’t try this at home! lol!
