Ingredients:
2 lbs (907g) Boneless Chicken Breast
2 Cups (14 oz) Marinara Sauce http://aashpazi.com/marinara-sauce
2 oz (57g) Parmesan Cheese (Freshly Shredded)
4 oz (113g) Mozzarella Cheese
2 Eggs
All-Purpose Flour
Italian Bread Crumbs
Vegetable Oil
Salt, Black Pepper, Dried Oregano, Dried Basil

Preparations:
1- Slice the chicken into thin steak.
2- Place the sliced chicken between two parchment paper and pound with mallet to tenderize.
