Ingredients:
3 tbsp olive oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp nutmeg
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
6 chicken cutlets
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
