    This guy is an ANIMAL. Loved it. Just cooked this tonight. I did take a
    slightly different approach since I had Thick cut chicken breasts. I had to
    cook them in the oven for about 20 min after frying the breasts then put
    the sauce and cheese on top. Eating one as I type and it’s amazing. Melts
    right in your mouth.

    That is why you use parchment paper to separate each stacked piece. Are you
    sure this guy is a chef?. He washed the chicken with a garden hose. The
    health dpt. would surely love to have seen that.
