I made this for my husband who had a cold… I said HAD, past tense,
because this delicious soup cured him almost immediately. My in-laws had it
and loooooved it! Thanks again, Chef John!
I hope it doesn’t seem like I’m complaining, but I’m allergic to onions!
And it seems that EVERY YOUTUBE PERSONALITY has to use onions in their
recipe! I know someone is going to tell me; “well don’t use the onions when
you make the soup,” but everyone seems to use onions for a reason. I have
never had a chicken noodle soup with onions in it! To make a home made
stock, can I use onion powder, or another substitute for that bold flavor!
Any kind suggestion would be nice!
Omg, you’re hilarious!
Thank you Chef! I just made this for my boyfriend this weekend who was sick
as a old dog and he felt much better after eating this!!! I’ll be trying
more recipes from you! Thank you again!

Does anyone else eat their chicken noodle soup with peanut butter crackers?
Making this tomorrow, can’t wait!
made this last night..can’t believe how easy it was..both my kids and wife
loved it!!
He cracks me up! I will have to watch more of his videos!
I like using a spiral noodle as it holds some of the broth in with every
bite. Also I like to grill the chicken breast and then dice it up right
before putting it in. It gives a little less soupy feeling with the crispy
chicken and tends to be a bit more flavorful. If you are making this for
someone who is sick, add a good amount of black pepper and cayenne pepper
to help with the sinuses. Good stuff.
love the sense of humor. thanks for the instruction.
Doing this tonight….!
I made this soup 3 times and it is hands down the best chicken soup I have
ever tasted. I added half the salt and used expensive maggi/soy
sauce imported from Germany. Not a lot but just a hint to season the soup
broth. You can find it on sale in most Asian markets. But make sure it’s
imported from Germany. There are cheaper versions of it made from china. A
big bottle will cost around 25 USD. While the smaller bottle cost around 7
USD.
And as always, nice and funny !
R u the one from luckypennyshop
It looks good except I would prefer dark meat added too.
You made it look soooooo easy. Looks delish. Thanks for posting. I’ll try
it.

Great looking chicken noodle soup I like your recipe quite a bit. I’m sure
