Chicken Basil Casserole
Food Ingredients:
4 Skinless Chicken thighs 1/2 Red onions chopped in small pieces 1 smashed Garlic clove 4 Celery stalks cut in inches 1 spoon of basil 1/2 cup of Tomato juice Salt Pepper
Recipe preparation:
1 Put a little bit of oil in a pan and warm it up at medium high heat. 2 Put the chicken thighs until they are golden 3 Add the onions and garlic and stir for a few minutes ( 3-5 min) 4 Add the Celery, basil and tomato juice. 5 Add salt and pepper to taste, and leave it for 5-7 minutes 6 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees 7 Empty the content of the pan into a casserole and put it in the oven for an hour or until the chicken is ready. 8 If it is for lunch you can serve it with rice and French fries or for dinner with salad
