Minute Recipe: Anchovy Spread. Combining silky tuna, crunchy apples, herbaceous chives, and piquant shallots, Jacques assembles a mountain of fresh Bluefin Tuna Tartare with Apple to open the show. Inspired by the flavors of the East, Jacques prepares exotic Lamb Burgers with Feta Cheese, cooked rare and served with a refreshing Yogurt-Cucumber Sauce and a “gratin” of Corn Parfait. He ends his cooking adventure with Cream Cheese and Fruit Medley.

    This guy is a PIG, he licks his fingers , doesn’t wash them and keeps
    touching the food. as seen on Create channel.

    Bigga Deal!!!! So he picked up a piece of cheese off the grill and popped
    it into his mouth. He was not licking his fingers! He was wiping them in a
    towel on his side.

    those burgers had potential until he burned the hell out of it. especially
    with such a lean meat.

    I tried that fruit sal piquant and it was fantastic. Also I highly
    recommend a tart apple with any type of red-fleshed fish tartar

    I’m not bothered at all that the burgers were burned cuz he’s doing all
    these things at once. Cooks on food network often show you only one thing
    at a time, AND they take commercial breaks. In a show like this with
    no breaks and cooking a whole meal at once, i’m surprised little accidents
    like this don’t happen more often. When you consider the fact that this
    type of incident is rare with jaques, it shows how skilled he is.

    be anywhere near the restaurant where he cooks.
