    looks good, im sure u know this but u can cook the chicken under in direct
    heat using the end burners only and cutting off the center burner to
    prevent flare ups. I still use a pan but a much smaller one w/ no water to
    collect the juices and baste the bird. I even put seasoned raw potato
    wedges in the pan at times also. but again looks good brotha and i’ll try
    stuffing the bird with your ingredients

    If I wanted to use this rub for chicken breasts versus a full chicken, what
    do you suggest for portions of each seasoning you had added in your rub?
