With rosemary butter mushrooms, baked tators Brazilian Cheese muffins,
Steamed broccoli with brown butter lemon sauce, Do Not use acetylene or a
Mapp gas torch, they don’t burn as clean, LP & Butane are the only gas that
doesn’t add a taste to food
Great info on the what happens when you tilt the torch bottle. I have the
type you were describing with the hose, but a fixed tip. I like to torch
sear sous vide steaks, but for that I use a butane torch. I need to get
that industrial model you have JB!
Perfect cook man! Everything looked KILLER!
JB, Oh my, that Brazilian cheese bread looks dangerous to me. Wonderful
meal. :)
Mighty fine looking meal JB. Great info about the torch and gas types. I
need to try that Brazilian Bread. Yum!!!
Wow you sold me on those Brazilian muffins BOY. That crunch…
Yum Boy! Thanks for the info JB
As a fellow plumber and cook I salute you and your tubro torch!!
Ohhh yeaaa steak. Yum
Thanks, JB 🙂 Another interesting video! 😀 Thumbs up, Norfolk
Joe
I like that little solderin iron boy! Fix yer PC Cards up with that if
someone is stuck on stoopid! HAH!
That’s some kinda FINE BOY!!
Those lamb chops looked great. I had the best lamb of my life in Iceland,
the sheep/lambs spend their whole life roaming free to eat to their hearts
content in the mountains, then they are brought down in September for the
slaughter. They use no antibiotics or any manufactured feed. The taste is
fabulous! Gonna try that Brazilian cheesy bread!
LOL! That would properly be “some green shit with yellow shit on it.”
I’ve got to try those little muffins. They look addictive.
Really nicely done as always, JB. Can’t wait to try those chops.
It all looks so delicious!
Double burn the meat? Is it good?
All out Yuuummmness! Us ole retired plunckers know how to eat ; )
Dude, I was concerned when you broke out the big guns; your acetylene-flame
thrower! But I’ll tell you what, that meat turned out absolutely
purr-fect.. As for that Brazilian bread, watching this at 1am is doin’ me
no good.! Super legendary big time yum!
Another good lookin meal JB, yum!
View counts are getting better. Glad to see that. I’m happy for ya, and
that’s how it should be. And the reason why is, simply because, this is
in-fact a very Entertaining/Informative Channel.
Alrighty, I’m still with ya, so good stuff. Just keep at it. And I’ll tell
ya, my gut feeling is that next year this Channel will be BIG. Three years
from now, it will definitely be HUGE ~
Much love. Nothing but love. Much respect to ya.
