Hi !!! I've just made it. I added some tomatoes and potatoes. And it was JUST fine. The beef was very tender and tasty yummy. A delight for the senses. Thanks !!! It reminds of my mom's braised beef when I was a kid. ^^

Hello Titli, I've just made this recipe today using Blaarkop beef (literarily it means blisterhead but that won't do this breed of cow much justice ;)) from my uncle's organic dairy farm. He lets a local butchershop process the meat and sells it from his farm in a small town in the province of Groningen, The Netherlands and my folks got me some beef, steaks and other things for my birthday :).
I have also used some scallions which grow in flower pots in my balcony. The meat was quite tender and tasty and I absolutely loved it!
I love your channel, only discovered it a couple of weeks ago and you give quite a clear presentation in such an entertaining way. It's great!
